Really enjoyed the atmosphere. It was relaxed and welcoming. The staff were warm and friendly, which made the visit even better. I loved the mango ice cream, super refreshing! I usually enjoy ube, but the texture of this one was unexpectedly slimy, so I ended up tossing it. Still, I’d come back to try other flavors.

It was such a unique experience — the ice creams are handmade with top-quality ingredients, and you can truly taste the love and care in every bite. The staff is also incredibly kind and welcoming. As soon as I finished, I just wanted to come back and try more flavors. Bravo!

Located in the heart of Paris at 9 Rue Therese, Cafe Isaka stands out as a hidden gem for ice cream lovers seeking originality and authentic flavors. This cozy spot offers a carefully curated selection of handmade ice creams crafted from top-quality ingredients. From the moment you step inside, the warm and welcoming atmosphere invites you to savor something truly special.

What makes Cafe Isaka remarkable is its dedication to unique, often unconventional flavors that pay homage to Asian culinary traditions. Flavors like pandan, matcha, jasmin green tea, and the intriguing Big White Rabbit candy inspire nostalgia while delivering rich, authentic experiences. The precision in capturing delicate flavors — such as the fresh, fragrant pandan that reminded one Southeast Asian reviewer of home — highlights the expertise behind each batch.

The texture here is another highlight. It’s clear that every scoop is made with great care and craftsmanship, resulting in creamy, smooth ice cream that balances richness without being overly heavy. While some flavors, like ube, may present a different texture than expected, the overall variety encourages adventurous tasting and discovery. Mango ice cream stands out as especially refreshing, perfect for those seeking a tropical twist.

The friendly staff enhance the experience, making every visit feel personal and inviting. Though small, the seating area allows you to settle in and enjoy the delicate artistry of each flavor. Note that in summer, it can get busy — a testament to the growing appreciation of this unique Parisian spot.

Cafe Isaka isn’t just an ice cream parlor; it’s a journey through flavor, texture, and culture. For anyone curious about exploring new tastes or longing for authentic Asian-inspired ice cream, this is a must-visit destination that leaves you eager for your next scoop.
